Nagarro is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing solution enhancements to drive scalable, best-practice outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to the solution.
- Lead cross-functional process discussions and deep dives, negotiating target processes and documenting as-is and to-be states.
- Collaborate with and challenge external IT partners and internal development teams across multiple countries.
- Evaluate gathered information, simplify complex scenarios, and deliver solutions aligned with best practices and scalability.
- Promote the reference model to minimize future evolution efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong ability to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solution enhancements.
- Experience leading cross-functional process discussions and negotiating target processes.
- Excellent collaboration skills with both external partners and internal technical teams.
- Ability to distill complex information into simple, scalable solutions following best practices.
