Bullhorn is hiring a Senior Business Analyst - Lead to Cash to drive improvements within our Enterprise Salesforce platform and integrated applications. In this role, you will be the essential bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions directly support our strategic goals and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to document requirements for enterprise-level solutions in the lead-to-cash applications environment.
- Act as the primary technical expert and business advocate across operations teams, developers, and software vendors.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain technical documentation.
- Define solutions with the Salesforce development team and other Business Analysts to improve internal workflows and application efficiency.
- Create test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee solution quality and alignment with business needs.
- Partner with an internal Project Manager to lead enterprise projects and operational enhancements to Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing platforms.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience, specifically on Salesforce Lead-to-Cash projects.
- Demonstrated experience designing data integrations and transformations across SaaS systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora Finance System, or similar applications.
- Working knowledge of implementing end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Experience in process redesign for Sales, Marketing, and Finance/Billing processes within a SaaS-first architecture.
- Confidence in eliciting requirements, leading discovery discussions, and translating business needs into technical requirements for varied audiences.
- A passion for problem-solving, documenting solutions, building team consensus, and developing strong working relationships.
- A fundamental understanding of data systems and relational databases.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing and prioritizing the needs of multiple stakeholder groups.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce System Admin Certification and/or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with Agentforce or similar AI tools.
