GFT Technologies SE is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. What You'll Do
- Write comprehensive business requirements and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage change initiatives to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking or fintech.
- Strong techno-functional skills with a solid understanding of core banking platforms (e.g., Card, Onboarding, AML, Fraud Management).
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery.
- Proficient in project methodology and Agile development processes (e.g., Scrum).
- Skilled in writing use cases, workflows, business processes, and functional specifications.
- Understanding of digital platforms and underlying technologies.
- Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
