Valor Software is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen a client's nearshore team on a strategic program deploying a common IT platform connecting multiple international digital services. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of platform features while supporting project managers in program initiatives.

What You'll Do

Analyze and document business processes related to registration and payment systems in collaboration with users and internal experts.
Produce clear and detailed functional specifications, including use cases, data flow diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize user experience and foster integration across applications.
Actively participate in project delivery teams working under agile methodologies to build platform components.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and developers to ensure requirements are well defined, communicated, and implemented.
Take part in sprint planning sessions and agile ceremonies on a regular basis.
Support and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with functional specifications and quality standards.
Contribute to the implementation of tools and techniques to accelerate software delivery.

What We're Looking For

University degree in IT, Management, or a related discipline.
Over 10 years of experience in Business Analysis within IT integration and digital transformation projects.
Solid expertise in agile methodologies.
Advanced skills in documenting processes and workflows with industry-standard tools.
Proven ability to monitor and measure project deliverables against KPIs and quality benchmarks.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with a collaborative team mindset.

Nice to Have

Advanced degree.
Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or IIBA) or Product Management (CPOA, PSPO).
SCRUM Master or Product Owner certification.
Experience mentoring colleagues in Business Analysis practices.
