About the Role

TUI Group is looking for a Senior Brand Strategy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of developing and executing strategies that strengthen TUI's market position, improve our margins, and create meaningful connections with millions of travelers worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Craft and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with TUI's vision, mission, and business goals, including developing brand personas and messaging.
  • Help develop TUI's portfolio of products and brands to maximize brand equity through initiatives like brand architecture and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain integrity and consistency across all communications.
  • Write inspiring briefs, manage agency relationships, handle detailed task governance, and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure all activity is tied to objectives and measurable, tracking ROI while managing budgets.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and partners, to ensure alignment for brand initiatives across global operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong experience in brand architecture, proposition development, communications strategy, and messaging houses.
  • Skilled negotiator with gravitas, able to manage diverse stakeholders with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strategic and commercial thinking to assess short and long-term impacts, manage ambiguity, and deliver maximum value.
  • Strong presentation skills to craft and articulate effective slide decks that tell a story.
  • Proven experience working in marketing teams in complex, cross-cultural, and remote environments.
  • Engaging communicator who quickly gains rapport and credibility with diverse international stakeholders, building networks up to board level.
