Unilever is looking for a Senior Associate, Retention Marketing to drive customer retention through effective paid media campaigns, creative production management, and cross-channel collaboration. You'll excel in campaign execution, performance analysis, and process coordination within our eCommerce company.
What You'll Do
- Build detailed campaign briefs to guide strategy and execution.
- Serve as the key liaison between the Paid Media team and the Creative team to ensure timely and efficient campaign launches.
- Partner with the Paid Social team to execute retention paid ads, ensuring proper documentation, QA, and optimization once ads are live.
- Monitor daily channel performance and maintain reports from platform data, including ad efficiency, cancellation offers, promotions, and campaign performance metrics.
- Monitor performance and produce detailed reports on cancellation flow metrics.
- Own the creative brief process from documentation to collaboration with the Creative team for asset creation.
- Manage the production of site assets, paid media, and mailer creatives for retention campaigns, including reactivations, upgrades, and cross-sells.
- Maintain, design, and build efficient cancellation deflection flows.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to plan and execute cross-channel campaigns.
- Support retention roadmap planning and ideation efforts.
- Document and archive channel campaigns to create a repository for historical reference and future campaign development.
- Assist in creating and executing a robust testing plan to enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in paid media marketing, retention strategies, or related fields within an eCommerce company.
- Strong ability to build and manage creative briefs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in analyzing platform data and translating it into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience with reporting and web analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset and creative thinker – comfortable looking performance against core KPIs and assisting with optimizations accordingly.
- Highly organized with experience in successfully managing day-to-day operations.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with brand, creative, and external agency partners.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to pivot and adjust to changes to support business goals.
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with email, SMS, and paid social platforms is a plus.
- Experience working in Meta and a cancellation deflection tool.
- Experience in subscription services, health and wellness, and eCommerce space.
- Experience in an agency or start-up company is a plus.

- Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 USD
