Responsibilities
- Oversee centralized management of marketing email campaigns
- Provide frontline technical support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) issues reported by users
- Support the implementation and rollout of new SFMC functionalities
- Create engagement analytics reports in SFMC to assess performance and maintain list accuracy
- Design and build both custom and template-based emails in SFMC, manage approvals, and coordinate send schedules
- Partner with advancement teams from initial concept through deployment to ensure alignment with communication standards and branding
- Create instructional materials for users building emails in Marketing Cloud
- Document new features and updates within the Marketing Cloud platform
- Ensure adherence to established communication best practices and brand guidelines
- Track evolving needs for email templates and visual design elements
- Evaluate cross-departmental email performance and suggest optimization strategies
- Design automated workflows and audience-specific journey paths to improve outreach efficiency
- Carry out additional tasks as needed
