Nestlé is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Human Resources Business Services (HRBS) team for Latin America. In this role, your primary function is to ensure effective communication with the market and guarantee quality in payroll processes, with a particular focus on severance payments. This requires meticulous attention to detail and high agility to meet established deadlines.
What You'll Do
- Validate employee earnings and deductions information.
- Calculate the total amount an employee should receive in their severance payment.
- Send severance documentation to the HR Business Partner.
- Conduct quality control of payroll and severance information.
- Participate in process review and continuous improvement sessions with the market.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate or student of administrative careers.
- Previous experience in an HR area, specifically with Payroll and payroll management.
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, or SAP is a plus.
