IQ-EQ is looking for a Senior Associate AIS Support Analyst to provide essential support for our Allvue & Private Capital Suite systems. In this role, you will troubleshoot software problems, research issues, and ensure our platforms run smoothly for both internal teams and clients.
What You'll Do
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes, including setup, management, and investor or contact tracking.
- Maintain SOC controls and related documentation.
- Manage support tickets, vendor issues, project planning, training materials, control logs, and data integrity checks.
- Take on centralized tasks like static data uploads and onboarding new domains.
- Expand your industry knowledge and develop technical expertise in Microsoft Report Builder, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Gradually transition from internal responsibilities to client-facing tasks, gaining exposure to procedure design, training, and broader project involvement.
- Train others, meet deadlines accurately, and contribute effectively to team communication, projects, and knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For
- Over a year of experience in Partnership Accounting.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- A foundational knowledge of private equity fund and account structures.
- Demonstrate authentic, bold, and collaborative values.
- A strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while researching issues.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Sharp attention to detail that ensures accuracy in your work.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of SQL reports, Tableau, and Power BI.

- Rudimentary knowledge of CSS and HTML.

- Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
