As a Senior Associate AIS Support Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing mission-critical financial systems. Your work will center on the Allvue and Private Capital Suite platforms, ensuring smooth operation through accurate user management, data handling, and compliance with established controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of user access, including onboarding and offboarding for internal teams and stakeholders
- Support investor and contact data tracking while upholding data accuracy and system integrity
- Maintain compliance with SOC requirements through consistent documentation and control execution
- Process support tickets, resolve vendor-related issues, and assist with project coordination and planning
- Create and update training resources, control logs, and procedural documentation
- Perform system updates such as static data imports and domain configuration for new implementations
- Progress toward direct client engagement by supporting onboarding workflows and service delivery
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing, process design, and training initiatives
What You Bring
- At least one year of experience in Partnership Accounting or a related financial operations role
- A bachelor’s degree and foundational understanding of private equity funds and accounting structures
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on precision and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables, and familiarity with MS Office tools
- Self-driven learning mindset with the ability to work independently and investigate technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Technical Environment
You'll work with tools including Allvue, Private Capital Suite, Microsoft Report Builder, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and components of the Microsoft Office ecosystem. Familiarity with CSS and HTML is a plus.
