Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete live operations art workflow, from initiation to delivery and future reuse
- Establish clear processes for how art assets progress from request through production and distribution
- Analyze current systems to detect inefficiencies, unclear processes, or breakdowns, and implement systemic fixes
- Design workflows that are consistent, expandable, and compatible with automated systems
- Collaborate with creative and marketing leadership to define and uphold art specifications ready for production
- Maintain responsibility for technical accuracy of assets, including file formats, dimensions, naming conventions, and intended use
- Serve as the authoritative reference for asset standards used in live operations and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate directly with external art studios, third-party vendors, and licensed partners
- Ensure all external collaborators fully understand project expectations, technical specs, and quality benchmarks
- Evaluate deliverables to confirm they meet technical requirements and are production-ready
- Collaborate closely with art, production, live ops, and marketing departments
- Convert creative direction into actionable, precise technical guidelines and asset requirements
- Identify potential issues early and suggest proactive resolutions
