Scopely is hiring a Senior Art Asset Manager

About the Role

Scopely is hiring a Senior Art Asset Manager to help scale and future-proof our Live Ops and Marketing art production pipelines. You'll be a force multiplier within our global team dedicated to inspiring play daily.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure pipelines are repeatable, scalable, and ready to support automation.
  • Help shape and enforce production-ready art specs in partnership with Art Direction and Marketing.
  • Own asset correctness (formats, sizing, naming, technical requirements), intent, and usage context.
  • Act as a source of truth for asset standards across Live Ops and Marketing.
  • Work directly with outsource studios, vendors, and licensors.
  • Ensure expectations, specs, and quality standards are clearly understood.
  • Review work for spec compliance and production readiness.
  • Partner closely with Art, Production, Live Ops, and Marketing teams.
  • Translate creative intent into clear production constraints and specs.
  • Surface risks early and proactively propose solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of live games development experience.
  • At least 2 years managing successful art production pipelines.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently, both verbal and written with all levels of the business.
  • Senior-level technical understanding of game development and art pipelines.
  • Industry standard tool experience: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Animate, Maya, and Unity.
  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
  • Senior-level experience in art production, pipelines, or art operations.
  • Strong understanding of asset management, art specs, and outsource workflows.
  • Comfortable enforcing standards while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Proactive problem-solver who surfaces issues early with solutions.
  • Excellent communicator across creative, technical, and operational teams.
