Role Overview
You will take ownership of sales activities for fleet solutions across Southeast Bavaria, focusing on expanding market presence and securing long-term contracts with commercial clients. Your primary responsibility will be identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the regional sales portfolio with a focus on fleet and mobility solutions
- Develop tailored sales strategies to meet regional targets and customer needs
- Conduct site visits, client presentations, and contract negotiations independently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales approaches effectively
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within transportation, fleet management, or mobility services. A strong network in the region and fluency in German and English are essential. You must be self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously while contributing to broader team goals.
This role requires regular travel within the assigned region and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic sales pipeline efficiently.
