Instone Real Estate is looking for a Senior Architect to take a key role in shaping our residential and neighborhood development projects. You will be responsible for planning and implementing complex, innovative construction projects while advancing our digital planning approach.

What You'll Do

Plan and implement residential and neighborhood development projects as part of a collaborative team.
Take responsible part in complex and innovative construction projects in performance phases 1-5 of HOAI.
Participate in urban design development as part of the land acquisition process.
Further develop our digital 5D planning approach and ensure our quality standards are met.
Handle the creation of building permit documents and execution plans.

What We're Looking For

A successfully completed degree in architecture.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in residential construction projects.
Openness to modern planning methods.
Confident handling of industry-specific software and CAD programs, especially Autodesk Revit.
High architectural design standards and strong technical competence.
