Instone Real Estate is looking for an AI Specialist for Architecture to pioneer the use of artificial intelligence within our design and planning workflows. You will be tasked with identifying impactful AI applications and ensuring their smooth integration between our IT and planning teams.
What You'll Do
- Identify AI application opportunities in the architectural design and planning process.
- Analyze market potential for process automation and efficiency gains through AI, focusing on architectural and urban development use cases.
- Coordinate between IT teams and general planning to integrate digital tools into existing workflows.
- Act as the internal AI expert for architecture, implementing tools and optimizing relevant processes.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in architecture, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- A strong affinity for digital planning tools and AI-based applications.
- Good knowledge of planning processes and confident handling of AI-supported tools and methods.
- Strong communication skills, high team orientation, and enthusiasm for innovative topics.
Nice to Have
- Several years of professional experience in an architectural environment.
- Direct experience with digitalization topics.
