Wilson is hiring a Senior Analyst, SAP SCM/EWM

About the Role

The role involves managing and improving SAP SCM and EWM functionalities to support logistics and warehouse operations. The individual will work closely with business and IT teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive system enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and configure SAP Supply Chain Management modules to meet business requirements.
  • Support the design and deployment of Extended Warehouse Management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to SCM and EWM operations.
  • Participate in testing cycles for SAP upgrades and new implementations.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and integration points.
  • Provide expertise during system integration testing and user acceptance phases.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for end users.
  • Work with development teams to define custom enhancements and interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with data integrity and process standards.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Support change management processes for SAP-related projects.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SCM and EWM functionalities.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
  • Assist in project planning and timeline estimation for SCM deliverables.
  • Validate master data setup relevant to warehouse and supply chain functions.
  • Evaluate new SAP features and assess business impact.
  • Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Ensure alignment with global supply chain strategies.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring operational issues.
  • Contribute to standardization of processes across regions.
  • Manage documentation for system configurations and process flows.
  • Provide after-hours support during critical project phases as needed.
