About the Role
This role involves leading agile ceremonies, removing team impediments, and managing project timelines to support efficient software delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support agile team productivity and adherence to processes
- Track sprint progress and maintain backlog transparency
- Identify and resolve workflow obstacles
- Collaborate with product owners on prioritization
- Ensure alignment between development and business goals
- Monitor project milestones and delivery timelines
- Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Promote team accountability and self-organization
- Report on project status and risks to leadership
- Implement process improvements based on feedback
- Coach team members on agile principles and practices
- Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Support estimation and capacity planning activities
- Maintain documentation for project workflows and decisions
Nice to Have
- Advanced certification in agile or project management
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare
- Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks
- Exposure to cloud-based development platforms
- Understanding of software testing methodologies
