  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

  • Support onboarding of new clients post-sale
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools
  • Adapt communication style to different client personalities and industries
  • Drive renewal and upsell opportunities with existing accounts
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve client concerns
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
  • Participate in regular sales training and development sessions
  • Deliver post-sale support coordination when needed
