Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and implementing key operational and strategic initiatives within the Supplemental & Group division.
- Collaborate with operations, product, IT, compliance, and sales support to ensure processes are ready and changes are adopted.
- Create, update, and deliver training on tools, resources, and documentation that enhance internal systems and workflows.
- Develop and manage communication strategies, resource centers, and training logistics for specific projects.
- Ensure cross-functional teams stay aligned through timely access to updates, structured content, and learning assets.
- Lead or support the development of standard operating procedures, playbooks, onboarding content, and process guides to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Track adoption rates, engagement levels, and performance data to assess enablement effectiveness and find improvement areas.
- Maintain digital content and platforms such as websites and internal libraries in line with brand and messaging standards.
- Advance sustainable business growth by integrating strategy, marketing, and operational efforts toward revenue and engagement targets.
- Support external partners and distribution channels by providing necessary tools and materials for successful market execution, including digital coordination.
- Help manage integrated marketing efforts and partnerships, ensuring they meet company goals and compliance requirements.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, Compliance, and Technology to improve systems and simplify workflows.
- Promote data-driven decisions by using analytics to refine enablement and marketing strategies.
- Bridge leadership direction with execution teams to strengthen responsiveness and teamwork.
