LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Geolocation Investigations to provide expert support to customers in the Public Safety Special Investigations Unit (SIU). You will bridge the gap between customer requirements and production outcomes as a subject matter expert on LexisNexis and TraX solutions. Your primary focus will be using geolocation mapping and pattern analysis to aid law enforcement investigations.
What You'll Do
- Analyze call detail record data provided by customers to provide actionable insight.
- Conduct GIS analysis using TraX Solutions to produce maps, charts, graphs, and reports.
- Provide hands-on case and analytical assistance to customers during multi-day instructor-led training classes.
- Review peer cases for insight and evaluation.
- Communicate complex processes in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
- Prepare for training classes by testing software and partnering with trainers on class details.
- Drive a high level of engagement with training attendees.
- Work directly with the sales team to support product understanding, implementation, and best practices.
- Learn and apply industry-standard analytic software tools at an expert level.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through detailed analysis of large data sets.
- Operate professionally and effectively, often without direct supervision, across diverse analytic teams.
- Cooperate with others within and outside the team to achieve objectives.
- Identify key trends and assist in process improvement efforts.
- Execute special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in call detail record data analysis.
- Demonstrated competence in applying logic to problems and in research and problem resolution.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience managing large, customer-facing solutions.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work in a team or independently.
- Proficient in Word, Access, Excel, Visio.
- Ability to be on call as needed for exigent case assistance.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Nice to Have
- Public Safety and/or regulatory government experience.
- A background in law enforcement.
- Experience with i2 Analyst Notebook, Google Earth Pro, and ESRI.
- Familiarity with the LexisNexis and TraX suite of solutions.

Benefits & Compensation
- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials apply.
