Role Overview
This position supports the development and refinement of Digital Risk and Compliance (DRC) engineering initiatives by analyzing system designs, mapping technical workflows, and ensuring compliance is integrated into the foundation of technology solutions. The Senior Analyst collaborates with multiple teams to deliver clear, accurate documentation and help implement robust, auditable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce comprehensive documentation for system architectures, integrations, and automated processes
- Work with cross-functional groups including Security, IT, Identity and Access Management, Sales Operations, Accounting, and HRIS to maintain consistent technical records
- Support integration efforts for Go-to-Market platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle Fusion
- Assist with integration management for People systems including Workday and ServiceNow
- Investigate and document compliance needs for CRM tools, API connectors, and related technologies
- Research regulatory and internal compliance requirements for HR and IT service platforms
- Ensure compliance considerations are built into system design from the outset
- Monitor and report on compliance KPIs and technical risk indicators
- Maintain dashboards that track compliance status and system vulnerabilities across the organization
- Analyze current and planned technical designs for the GRC platform and its connected systems
- Deliver detailed technical documentation for internal teams and external auditors
- Identify automation opportunities for control processes in partnership with engineering teams
- Document and validate automated solutions to reduce manual work and improve audit preparedness
- Stay current on advancements in GRC technologies, AI/ML use cases, and process automation
- Develop and share best practices for integrating new tools to enhance compliance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a technical, risk, compliance, or information systems field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience, with at least two years focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or SaaS platform support in technology-driven organizations
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with system integrations and workflow design
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, in-depth documentation of technical systems and compliance processes
- Proven track record working across departments including security, compliance, IT, sales operations, and HR
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX
- Ability to convert compliance rules into technical implementation plans
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate system functionality, detect gaps, and recommend improvements
- Experience creating dashboards, metrics, and reports to communicate compliance and technical status
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CISM, CISA, CCSFP, CISSP, CIA, PMP, or similar
- Platform-specific credentials in Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, or SailPoint/Okta (Administrator or Architect level)
