Kaseya is hiring a Senior Analyst, Compensation & Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage analytical models to assess quota achievement, incentive disbursements, plan efficiency, and performance metrics tied to annual recurring revenue.
  • Examine extensive and complex data sets to detect patterns, key performance factors, potential risks, and strategic opportunities, converting insights into practical guidance for executive teams.
  • Direct quarterly and on-demand evaluations of compensation plan outcomes, detect irregularities, and propose improvements to compensation programs.
  • Assist in structuring and simulating compensation plans, including on-target earnings modeling, cost feasibility assessments, scenario sensitivity analysis, and quota structure design.
  • Support annual operating plan processes and strategic sales compensation planning efforts.
  • Build, deploy, and manage automated reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and integrated data systems such as Snowflake, Salesforce, Captivate IQ, and HRIS platforms.
  • Define and enforce data management protocols, including reporting standards, naming conventions, documentation practices, and version tracking procedures.
  • Produce and update compensation-related materials, including operating procedures, plan summaries, leadership briefings, informational guides, and transition communications.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, Human Resources, and Go-to-Market Operations to align incentive programs with organizational goals and expansion strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain compensation analytics models to measure quota attainment, incentive payouts, plan effectiveness, and ARR-related performance metrics.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Lead quarterly and ad hoc analyses of compensation plan performance, identifying anomalies and recommending program enhancements.
  • Support the design and modeling of compensation plans, including OTE economics, affordability analyses, sensitivity modeling, and quota framework development.
  • Contribute to Annual Operating Planning (AOP) activities and sales compensation planning initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and enterprise data sources including Snowflake, Salesforce, Captivate IQ, and HRIS platforms.
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards, reporting documentation, naming conventions, and version control processes.
  • Create and maintain compensation documentation, including standard operating procedures, plan documents, executive presentations, FAQs, and change management communications.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and GTM Operations to ensure compensation programs effectively support business objectives and growth strategies.
