1Password is seeking a Senior Alliance Manager, AWS to drive the growth and success of our partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will be instrumental in expanding our footprint within the AWS ecosystem and executing on joint sales and go-to-market strategies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive co-sell strategy aligning with AWS and 1Password’s business goals.
- Lead joint marketing and sales efforts with AWS to create and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through identifying sales opportunities between 1Password and AWS.
- Work closely with AWS partner and field incentive programs to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key AWS sales stakeholders and act as the primary liaison.
- Provide accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting using Salesforce.
- Address and resolve any conflicts, obstacles, or issues that arise between AWS and 1Password.
- Enable and unlock access to training programs and resources for 1Password’s sales teams.
- Stay current on industry trends, AWS innovations, and emerging marketplace dynamics.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of partnerships and sales experience with direct experience working with AWS.
- Strong understanding of AWS partner programs, incentive structures, and the AWS marketplace ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with AWS field teams and sales leaders to drive growth.
- Proven success in driving sales through channel partnerships, co-selling, and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Strong track record of establishing trust and building collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver compelling C-level presentations.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to track and measure partnership success and adapt strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong drive to seek out new opportunities and deliver results.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of partnership growth.
- Candidates must reside within the Pacific Time Zone (PST).
Nice to Have
- Experience working across multiple partner ecosystems beyond AWS.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment, particularly in partnership or alliance roles.
- Familiarity with the nuances of selling software solutions through AWS and similar platforms.

- Compensation: USA: $159,000-$231,000 USD; Canada: $145,000-$210,000 CAD + equity grant
