Role Overview

This position provides high-level administrative support to senior management, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities. The Senior Administrative Assistant manages a diverse range of responsibilities, from scheduling and communications to budget oversight and event coordination, ensuring operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex administrative tasks that span scheduling, communications, and project coordination
  • Exercise independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving across internal teams and external partners
  • Lead and direct support staff as needed to meet departmental goals
  • Coordinate organization-wide initiatives and administrative projects
  • Oversee vendor services and manage procurement relationships
  • Develop and refine internal policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Plan and execute travel, events, and executive meetings with precision
  • Track and report budget performance, including expense management and financial documentation
  • Enhance budget tracking systems using advanced spreadsheet tools and data analysis
  • Interact regularly with executives, stakeholders, and community representatives
  • Resolve conflicts through professional communication, both written and in person
  • Identify and implement improvements to office operations within delegated authority
  • Apply foundational change management principles during transitions or process updates
  • Support additional duties as required by leadership

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant administrative experience. Preference will be given to candidates with five or more years in a similar role.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in advanced Excel functions—including VLOOKUP and complex formulas—is essential. Experience with database queries, presentation software, and multiple office applications is required to manage data, reports, and communications effectively.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $57,900 – $95,600. Employees may also receive performance-based cash incentives.
