About the Role

What You'll Do

Support senior leadership by managing a broad range of administrative responsibilities that keep operations running efficiently. You'll coordinate complex schedules, including internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and department-wide events, ensuring all logistics are handled with precision.

Take ownership of budget tracking and expense reporting, monitoring actual spending against projections and contributing to financial oversight. You may also assist in refining budget systems and preparing financial summaries for leadership review.

Lead administrative initiatives across departments, developing and implementing policies that improve workflow and consistency. You'll oversee vendor services, guide support staff as needed, and manage projects from planning through execution.

Interact regularly with executives, stakeholders, and external partners, exercising sound judgment and discretion. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
  • Preferred: 5 or more years in a professional support role

Technical Skills

Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, creating complex spreadsheets, and managing databases is essential. You should be comfortable preparing detailed presentations, handling confidential documents, and using multiple software platforms to support business operations.
