Responsibilities
- Manage the complete revenue cycle, including generating project-based invoices and progress billings, reconciling discrepancies, tracking receivables, and ensuring timely collections across active job sites.
- Verify invoice accuracy against signed contracts, insurance estimates, and supplemental approvals, and resolve discrepancies with project managers, sales representatives, or insurance adjusters.
- Address billing and payment inquiries from homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance carriers, taking ownership of collections and following up confidently as needed.
- Support accurate revenue reporting by collaborating with the accounting team, tracking job costing, and reviewing project-level financial summaries.
- Optimize key systems such as QuickBooks Online, JobNimbus, or similar field service platforms, and lead process improvements and automation projects tailored to roofing workflows.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, and subcontractors regarding billing, invoices, payment statuses, and supplement documentation.
