Aledade is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to assist in leading the General Ledger team. This is an opportunity to help build a finance and accounting department from the ground up at an organization driving improvements in health and well-being for millions of patients. The role is hands-on and requires a proactive, strategic mindset.
What You'll Do
- Assist in leading the General Ledger team.
- Help build a finance and accounting department from the ground up.
- Assist with the month-end close process.
- Manage the work of other members of the General Ledger team.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement changes accordingly.
- Oversee key transactions including cash, internally developed software, leases, intangibles, goodwill, and expense accruals.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the team handling day-to-day financial activities.
- Evaluate, assess, propose, and implement improvements to current systems, processes, and working methods.
