MOXFIVE is looking for a Senior Accountant to help keep the financial engine of our organization running smoothly. You will manage invoicing, accounts receivables and payables, month-end close, and financial reporting while maintaining strong data integrity.
What You'll Do
- Manage invoicing, accounts receivables and payables
- Manage month-end close and financial reporting
- Maintain strong data integrity
- Support leadership with accurate and timely insights that guide key decisions
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team, Project Managers, and leadership
- Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance visibility across all financial operations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
Nice to Have
- Accounting experience ideally in a corporate or professional services setting
- Experience with NetSuite
