Hireframe is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our financial data and supporting our rapid growth through accurate, detailed accounting work.
What You'll Do
- Oversee customer invoicing and accounts receivable processes for timely, accurate billing.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, 401(k) administration, and compliance, including payroll taxes and year-end audits.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist with month-end closing, including performing reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
- Become proficient with and assume functional ownership of our ERP and payroll software.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in general accounting with familiarity of US GAAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems.
- Proven experience with account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Working knowledge of SaaS revenue accounting.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying process improvements.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Initiative to be a self-starter and comfortable working with limited supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative teamwork.

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
