INTEGRATION APPLIANCE, INC. is hiring a Senior Accountant to provide leadership and expertise for our global accounting operations. This role is central to ensuring the integrity of our financials by supporting the monthly close, financial statement preparation, and compliance with US GAAP and SOX while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert accounting analysis to evaluate development activity and ensure compliance with ASC 350-40 for internal-use software.
• Prepare and review capitalization software workbooks and related journal entries, coordinating with Engineering, FP&A, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review consolidation of journal entries and intercompany eliminations.
• Support the worldwide monthly financial close, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and management reporting.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis to ensure accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures for SEC filings.
• Ensure and maintain related internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, while actively engaging in process improvements.
• Collaborate with other finance departments and business partners to provide ad hoc research, reporting, and project support.
• Prepare and manage external auditor deliverables for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Support various financial transformation projects, including the implementation of automation and process documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of progressive experience at a high-growth SaaS company and/or a public accounting firm.
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal control requirements.
• Experience with enterprise-level financial software systems.
• Effective communication skills within finance and with business partners (FP&A, HR, Marketing, IT, Legal).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and self-motivated.
• A team-focused attitude and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• A combination of Big 4 and industry experience.
• A licensed CPA.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
