EX Squared is looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and nurture strategic client partnerships. You will be instrumental in driving account growth and ensuring client success for our enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key accounts
- Proactively manage the account lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Analyze client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations
- Forecast account performance and maintain accurate reporting on key metrics
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role, with a focus on enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and renewal processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
