Monks is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Programmatic to lead the day-to-day setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns across multiple buying platforms. You will serve a portfolio of clients and collaborate across an integrated team to ensure flawless media plan execution.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the client-facing programmatic digital media lead on account teams.
- Develop digital media plans across programmatic and direct partners based on client goals.
- Set up and launch programmatic media campaigns across a variety of DSPs.
- RFP and select direct media partners across top publications, overseeing launch and post-campaign stages.
- Coordinate with ad ops on trafficking in DCM and guide floodlight and tracking setup for new advertisers.
- Monitor in-flight campaign pacing, budgets, optimizations, and results, troubleshooting trafficking issues.
- Create reports and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns toward client KPIs.
- Measure campaign impact using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Provide subject matter expertise on executing campaigns across different programmatic platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic and/or digital direct media management.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience with at least one of the following: DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, StackAdapt, 6sense, Demandbase.
- Experience working with or familiarity of DCM.
- Experience with at least one category: CTV/OTT, digital audio, native, high impact, or direct buys.
- Experience presenting programmatic and digital media performance and strategy in a client-facing scenario.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in information technology and software, healthcare, professional services, or telecommunications.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing concepts and strategies.

- Compensation Range: $69,000—$80,000 USD.
