Enova International is looking for a NetCredit Customer Service Representative (Remote) to join our team. You will manage inbound customer calls, deliver exceptional service, and handle account-related tasks after completing a 4-week training program to specialize in the brand.
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming customer calls, address their questions, and provide service.
- Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfill requests, and offer comprehensive education on our products and services.
- Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication.
- Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills with a proven history of professionalism and empathy.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment by demonstrating exceptional adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
- Comfortable utilizing new technology and have a proven ability to excel in a remote work environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior call center experience is a plus, but we value candidates with a proven background in fast-paced customer service environments.
