The Senior Account Executive will manage sales and account responsibilities for one of Experian's largest strategic clients in the financial services, payments, and technology sectors. This role involves building C-level relationships, delivering tailored sales presentations, and leveraging Experian’s data, software, and analytics solutions to improve client outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Oversee sales and account management for a major Experian strategic client
- Develop and maintain close relationships with C-level and senior executive contacts
- Understand client industries, markets, customers, and business operations
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals using Experian solutions
- Improve client revenues, return on operations, reduce risk, and lower expenses through Experian solutions
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and make them easy to understand
- Share knowledge of the industry and how data, software, and analytics can transform customer businesses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and balance priorities
- Bring the right people together to address issues and identify opportunities
- Understand the customer perspective and articulate the voice of the customer to improve Experian's solutions
- Manage sales functions including forecast development, pipeline advancement, and solution delivery
- Achieve results and identify new ways to grow the business and expand partnerships
