Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors seeks a Senior Account Executive to spearhead new business growth within the fitness and wellness industry. In this remote US role, you will build key relationships, lead the full sales cycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue and ensure client success.
What You'll Do
- Proactively generate and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, social media, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with health club clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations aligned with each client’s unique goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Partner with internal teams to create compelling sales tools and improve service offerings.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and regularly report on pipeline status.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Stay current on market trends, technology updates, and competitive intelligence.
- Complete timely reporting such as quarterly plans and expense submissions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other sales enablement tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Passion for customer success and a collaborative, team-first attitude.

- Experience ideally within the health and fitness industry.
- Solid knowledge of the UK or US fitness market and its key players.
