As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll lead net-new business development across a designated region, identifying and converting high-potential opportunities. Your focus will be on building a robust pipeline through direct outreach, strategic prospecting, and collaboration with channel partners to fuel scalable revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a targeted strategy to acquire new enterprise clients across diverse industries
- Build and manage a diversified sales pipeline, ensuring consistent 3X coverage through a mix of opportunity sizes and sources
- Guide prospects through the full sales cycle using structured engagement tactics, including Mutual Action Plans and business case development
- Use Salesforce to track all activities, forecast monthly revenue, and maintain accurate pipeline visibility
- Engage decision-makers with tailored messaging that demonstrates measurable productivity gains by industry
- Apply disciplined outreach with regular calls, emails, and InMails to advance conversations and maintain momentum
- Coach and activate channel partners to generate partner-driven leads within your territory
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales with a proven history of exceeding targets
- Self-starter with a strong track record of sourcing 50% of pipeline independently
- Deep understanding of pipeline dynamics, including coverage requirements, gap analysis, and activity planning
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating organizational decision-making structures
- Proficiency in Salesforce for sales operations and forecasting
- Business specialization is a plus

This role follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in-person at one of our global offices—Toronto, Dublin, Antwerp, Porto, or Melbourne—with two days of remote work flexibility.
