About the Role

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead new business development in a fast-paced environment. This role is built for someone passionate about hunting for opportunities and securing new clients while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will have a direct impact on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships, as earning customer trust is a top core value at AIT.

What You'll Do

  • Directly identify and initiate business development opportunities through an established network of industry contacts to create sustained and profitable revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales quota and budget as defined by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Present an array of logistics solutions to enable multiple entry points into accounts.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and KPI updates to sales management.

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive, results-driven approach to identifying and securing new clients.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain positive, trust-based customer relationships.
  • Proven experience in developing business plans and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Six (6) or more years of Freight Forwarding sales experience preferred.
  • Operational Freight Forwarding experience is a significant plus.

Team & Environment

You will be managing within a geographical territory and reporting to Sales Management.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $89,230.00-$154,660.00. The final offer may vary based on geography as well as your knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
