At Gartner, we guide the leaders who shape the world. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive, LE/GE for our GTS division. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for client retention and growth by expanding contracts and introducing new products and services. You will consult directly with C-level executives to develop enterprise-wide strategies that maximize the value of Gartner’s offerings.
What You'll Do
- Manage accounts with the outcome of increased customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Carry a quota of $800,000+ of contract value within a territory of major client accounts.
- Master and consistently execute Gartner’s sales methodology.
- Develop account plans and manage your territory effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Stay informed on competitive knowledge and maintain that focus.
- Build in-depth expertise in Gartner’s full portfolio of products and services.
What We're Looking For
- 8-15 years of proven consultative sales experience, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment), with a track record of success.
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
- Proven experience building and maintaining excellent client relationships at the C-level within large enterprise organizations.
- Strong computer proficiency and polished presentation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process.
