Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Lobby Host to be the welcoming face of Microsoft at our Puerto Rico location. In this role, you will deliver the Microsoft Customer Experience to all visitors, creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring positive, professional interactions.

What You'll Do

Maintain a professional and polite demeanor at all times, both in-person and via telephone.
Greet, register, and badge all visitors.
Respond to inquiries about directions, local services, amenities, and building locations.
Enter visitor information into the registration management system.
Notify Microsoft staff of their visitors while maintaining confidentiality.
Arrange transportation services as requested.
Answer and direct phone calls and switchboard inquiries.
Enter and update service requests in the work order system.
Ensure the lobby and reception areas maintain a professional appearance.
Monitor and ensure meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and functional.
Coordinate with cleaning providers for post-event cleanup.
Assist with lobby maintenance issues.
Provide access to maintenance providers following EHS procedures.
Monitor and report technology issues to IT and Site FM.
Monitor access to secured areas.
Contact security immediately for breaches or problems.
Initiate emergency procedures according to response plans.
Manage incoming deliveries and courier services.
Support event coordination with business and IFM teams.
Brief the concierge daily on events and special requirements.
Complete required reports for room usage, call volume, and visitor data.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as host, receptionist, workplace experience, ambassador, or a related field.
A strong customer service orientation.
A friendly and patient demeanor.
An empathetic approach to customers with technical problems.
A willingness to go the extra mile.
Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
