ju:niz Energy GmbH is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner, Family Medicine to join our primary care team. You will be responsible for the assessment and management of patients, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, the development of plans of care, and ongoing patient evaluation.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct care, counseling, and teaching to a designated patient population in ambulatory, inpatient, operative, and/or procedural settings.
- Perform complete histories and physical examinations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Develop appropriate plans of care and follow-up based on outcomes of diagnostic, laboratory, and physical examination findings.
- Provide high quality and timely documentation including admission and progress notes, procedure notes, operative notes, and discharge summaries.
- Perform bedside procedures as appropriate to the patient population.
- Order medications and write prescriptions according to organizational and regulatory policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Nursing
Nice to Have
- Registered Nurse (RN) State License
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) State License
- 0-1 year experience as a nurse practitioner
- 2+ years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferably in a primary care setting
