Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential custodial and maintenance duties under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, helping to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and service.

What You'll Do

Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other building surfaces.
Operate light and heavy commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines.
Vacuum and spot clean rugs in offices and public areas; shampoo rugs as directed.
Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and all other horizontal surfaces, including periodic high dusting.
Wash interior glass, partitions, windowsills, and trim; wash/spot clean interior walls as needed.
Clean bathrooms thoroughly and restock paper supplies daily.
Monitor for maintenance issues and report them to supervisors.
Collect building trash daily, place it in approved containers, and move it to designated collection areas.
Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers.
Sweep or shovel snow from building entrances and walkways as directed.
Perform periodic work such as high dusting, polishing surfaces, and wall washing.
Perform any and all other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

No previous experience required for basic cleaning responsibilities.
Ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
Proficiency in using standard cleaning tools and equipment.
Ability to use a portable backpack-style vacuum cleaner.
Strong attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
