MagicSchool AI is hiring a Senior Account Executive to introduce our AI platform to large and complex K-12 school districts across the Great Lakes region. In this role, you will proactively tailor our offerings and navigate competitive pressures to establish MagicSchool as the preferred solution. You’ll work both with clients and internal teams to secure and expand our impact.
What You'll Do
- Achieve booking targets by closing deals and ensuring robust pipeline development.
- Position MagicSchool as the preferred solution for large K-12 school districts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with superintendent cabinet members to drive consensus and procurement decisions.
- Leverage successes in one district to facilitate conversations and sales with neighboring districts.
- Manage complex procurement, evaluation, and negotiation processes, including legal, RFPs, pilots, and POCs.
- Work with product, finance, success, marketing, and other teams to customize offerings to meet the needs of large districts.
What We're Looking For
- A top seller in previous years.
- Experience with state, strategic, and enterprise business in EdTech (not mid-market).
- Deep connections within the Great Lakes region of the US.
Nice to Have
- Residence in the Great Lakes region of the US.
- Special preference for Columbus or Chicago-based candidates.
