Drive Strategic Growth as a Senior Account Executive

Take ownership of acquiring new enterprise clients by targeting multi-location organizations, franchises, and Private Equity-backed companies. You’ll leverage outbound prospecting, industry events, and digital platforms to build a consistent pipeline of high-potential opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process—from initial outreach to contract close—using a consultative approach tailored to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations via Zoom and in person, aligning solutions with strategic business objectives.
  • Develop customized responses to RFIs and RFPs, crafting proposals that reflect client priorities and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, support campaigns, and strengthen market positioning.
  • Manage and report on key performance metrics, continuously refining tactics based on data and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and utilize sales tools to track activity, forecast revenue, and ensure pipeline health.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in B2B outbound sales, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven industries.
  • Proven success closing large, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise or national accounts.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for executive audiences in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
  • Experience navigating 3–6 month sales cycles with complex buying committees.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and digital outreach tools including LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively, build trust, and solve problems collaboratively.

Compensation & Benefits

This hybrid position requires 2 days per week onsite in Austin, TX. It offers a competitive base salary, uncapped performance-based commission, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage. The employer covers 100% of short- and long-term disability premiums and provides basic life insurance, a 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4%, flexible PTO, 10 sick days, 10 paid holidays, and 6 weeks of paid parental leave.
