OutSystems is hiring a Senior Account Executive (Focusing on Saudi Arabia)

About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive focused on Saudi Arabia, you will drive new business development across key enterprise sectors including government, healthcare, education, and private industry. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, building strategic relationships with decision-makers and guiding clients through complex technology adoption.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise organizations, focusing on long-term client acquisition
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, shaping sales strategy and guiding negotiations to successful outcomes
  • Engage C-suite and senior executives to understand business challenges and align technology solutions with strategic goals
  • Lead live and virtual product demonstrations, clearly articulating value propositions tailored to specific organizational needs
  • Map organizational structures and technology landscapes to uncover decision pathways and influence stakeholders
  • Drive expansion within existing accounts by identifying upgrade paths and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise sales roles, with a focus on the Saudi market
  • Proven success selling cloud computing or enterprise software solutions to large organizations
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and emerging technology trends
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, anticipate objections, and lead high-stakes negotiations
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, video, and in-person formats
  • Technical aptitude to explain product capabilities in context of customer use cases and business needs
  • Self-directed with strong time management, capable of working independently while aligning with broader team goals
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive environments
  • Familiarity with engaging IT decision-makers and influencing technology adoption at scale
