What You'll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients in the retail and brands space, focusing on long-term retention and account expansion. You’ll serve as the primary commercial contact, guiding clients through renewal cycles and contract negotiations while identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
Work closely with research and client strategy teams to ensure clients derive maximum value from data solutions, helping them answer critical business questions. Proactively uncover new use cases and stakeholder groups to expand product adoption and drive upsell.
Build trusted relationships with budget holders and senior decision makers, fostering advocacy and ensuring alignment across functions like marketing, sales, and analytics. Own the full renewal process, from planning to execution, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of six years in subscription or research sales, with direct experience selling to large enterprise retailers
- Proven success managing the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Experience negotiating with procurement teams and engaging executives across strategy, marketing, and data functions
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a substantial book of business
- Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and client empathy
- Skilled in written and verbal communication, with an ability to ask insightful questions
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a growing organization

Compensation & Work Environment
Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, with on-target earnings up to $280,000 including commission. Equity is included. All U.S. roles are compensated at NYC-based rates regardless of location.
This is a hybrid role with team hubs in NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, and Seattle. Remote work is supported across the United States, though income may be subject to New York State tax withholding if not based in a hub location.
