Fivetran is hiring a Senior Account Executive

Drive enterprise growth across Southern Europe by leading new business acquisition and expansion within large organizations. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own a defined territory of enterprise accounts and be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects in Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for a portfolio of 50 enterprise accounts to uncover expansion opportunities
  • Generate qualified pipeline through direct outbound efforts and in collaboration with technology partners, system integrators, and extended sales teams
  • Articulate the value of automated data replication and end-to-end data integration solutions to technical and business stakeholders
  • Manage complex, 90- to 180-day sales cycles involving multiple departments and decision makers
  • Navigate procurement processes, working closely with legal, contract management, and internal champions to close deals responsibly
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives who advocate for data-driven transformation
  • Attend a mandatory, one-week in-person Revenue Bootcamp early in your onboarding

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of proven success in enterprise sales, with a focus on new business development
  • Experience planning and executing territory strategies in Southern Europe
  • Background in data, SaaS, or enterprise software sales preferred
  • Skill in combining inside and outside sales techniques to drive pipeline and close
  • Ability to work through partner ecosystems to accelerate deal velocity
  • Fluency in French and Spanish required; Italian and English proficiency strongly preferred

Tools of the Trade

You’ll use Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Looker, Demandware, Ironclad, and Workday to manage pipeline, track performance, and collaborate effectively.
