Scarpel Telecom is seeking a Senior ABM Manager to join our Demand Generation team. You will build and scale an ABM function to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through a tiered strategy across various channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a scalable ABM strategy aligned with company growth objectives and upmarket expansion.
- Partner closely with sales leadership, demand generation, and revenue operations to align on target accounts, messaging, and goals.
- Build a tiered ABM framework differentiating 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many account programs to drive engagement and pipeline at scale.
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns across digital, email, events, direct mail, and personalized content.
- Develop and manage account insights using firmographic, technographic, and intent data to inform segmentation and personalization.
- Create and operationalize ABM playbooks, processes, and best practices for consistency and scalability across regions and sales teams.
- Measure and report on ABM program performance using key metrics like account engagement, influenced pipeline, opportunity creation, and revenue.
- Foster a culture of experimentation by testing new channels, tactics, and technologies to improve ABM effectiveness.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and follow-up for webinars, including speaker coordination, technical setup, and promotion.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of tradeshow activations with the events team to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop account-relevant value propositions, messaging, and content for key personas.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to refine account scoring, attribution, and reporting for accurate ABM performance visibility.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to sales teams, providing insights and enablement to accelerate deal velocity and expand relationships.
- Utilize data insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of marketing experience with a focus on ABM or Enterprise marketing.
- Proven experience designing and executing ABM programs that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the demand waterfall and conversion optimization strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with ability to manage programs and communicate results.
- Strong cross-functional team/project management, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Experience using HubSpot for campaign management.
- Experience in creating brand messaging to align with assets and campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
