CrowdStrike is hiring a Security Advisor II, Falcon Complete (Remote)

CrowdStrike, Inc. is hiring a Security Advisor II to join the Falcon Complete team. In this remote role, you will work within a team of advisors focused on the overall health and security posture of Falcon Complete customers. Your daily execution and guidance are essential to the team's mission of stopping breaches and ensuring a successful, secure customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Assess customer Falcon environments and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide customers with actionable security recommendations to improve their posture.
• Create and recommend remediations for CrowdStrike product components.
• Contact customers directly upon identifying misalignment with standards.
• Document, update, and resolve all customer issues according to established procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and deliver requested service reports and statistics.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a Cybersecurity-focused role.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to guide customers toward desired outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience partnering with teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Adept knowledge of Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent relevant experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2.
• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.

Nice to Have

• Incident Management and CSIRT operations.
• Change Management experience.
• Malicious Code: Detection and Response.
• Audit, Logging, and Monitoring Controls (SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR).
• Intrusion Detection and Response.
• Experience working with complex, sophisticated clients.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a desire to learn.
• Able to work across multiple teams to resolve customer issues.
• Demonstrated experience as a security advisor or consultant.
• Knowledge of frameworks: ISO 27001/2, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, MITRE ATT&CK.
