Mondelēz International is hiring a Sector Manager. In this role, you will develop professional relationships with our customers to optimize base sales, new product development, and promotional performance. Your core mission is to ensure great visibility in retailers, deliver on sales capabilities, and drive field KPIs to hit your annual objectives.
What You'll Do
- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Manage point of buying materials placement and implementation.
- Report on all field activities.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Required sales experience.
- Perseverance and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
