At Solenis, we're looking for a Sector Lead Bev / PF to expand our market presence in the Beverages and Process Fluids water treatment industry. You will be responsible for driving aggressive revenue growth by identifying new customers and opportunities within your assigned region, all while reinforcing the Solenis brand and managing a base of existing business.
What You'll Do
- Develop business development strategies and create annual plans to reach required business objectives and revenue.
- Work closely with the extended commercial team, including Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, and Applications, to understand business requirements and market needs.
- Sell new business and new applications in your territory, developing and implementing sales plans that document ROI and value delivery.
- Establish, maintain, and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC.
- Manage account profitability, including pump settings, pricing, and accounts receivable.
- Review territory applications and processes for safety improvements.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction to retain existing business and grow new business.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic knowledge of chemistry and water treatment plant operations.
- Proven capability to work independently and hunt for new business, focusing on regional and local key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points, with the skill to develop relevant proposals that articulate a value proposition around total cost of operation.
