Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Chesterfield Commons location. As a Brand Associate, you will be an integral part of bringing the brand to life for our customers, focusing on engagement, service, and product education to build loyalty and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Engage customers proactively to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
- Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote brand loyalty.
- Enhance the customer experience by utilizing all omnichannel offerings.
- Support the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house operations as needed.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
- Handle all customer interactions, including potential issues and returns, courteously and professionally.
- Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
- Be accountable for personal goals that contribute to overall store results.
What We're Looking For
- A good communicator who can effectively interact with customers and team members to meet goals.
- A customer-focused service provider, both on and off the sales floor, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to utilize retail technology.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.

This is an onsite position located at Chesterfield Commons.
