Regeneron is hiring an Associate Director, Medical Affairs to lead the implementation of our Medical Affairs operating model across global medical franchises. In this role, you will drive improvements in clinical care and patient outcomes by standardizing processes, enhancing operational effectiveness, and supporting the delivery of strategic Medical Impact Plans.
What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of the Global Medical Affairs operating model across international markets.
- Coordinate annual international medical planning to ensure timely and effective delivery of Medical Impact Plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, Market Access, and Commercial, to support flawless execution.
- Drive standardization in field medical processes such as Veeva CRM management, insights collection, and scientific exchange.
- Apply project management expertise to supervise, implement, and report on Medical Affairs initiatives and KPIs.
- Support international leadership with financial planning and timely submission of Medical Impact Plan budgets.
- Identify standard processes and champion innovative ways to optimize Medical Affairs capabilities.
- Prepare clear, insightful presentations for leadership and provide regular project status updates.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree in life sciences or a related field (MSc, Ph.D., PharmD, or MD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Proven success in strategic Medical Affairs projects and change implementation
- International experience
- Strong project management skills
- Expertise in Medical Affairs compliance, KPIs, and omnichannel engagement
- Occasional to frequent travel is required
