CHS Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Operations Specialist to support our agricultural operations in Ulen, MN, from April through July. In this seasonal role, you'll be a key part of our team ensuring the smooth flow of agricultural inputs and outputs during a critical season.

What You'll Do

Load and unload agricultural inputs such as chemical, seed, fertilizer, and feed from trucks and railcars using machinery.
Assist with inventory management and monitor quality.
Carry out general labor tasks promptly and efficiently, including yard work and test plot planting.
Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and operate automated scale/dump systems.
Conduct and record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
Perform warehouse work including driving loader, forklift operation, and general maintenance.
Deliver products to customer sites.
Keep all work areas clean, orderly, and safe, performing grounds and snow maintenance.
Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled at the location.
Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Promptly report customer complaints, repair needs, or safety concerns to supervisor.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies and company requirements.

What We're Looking For

Must meet the minimum age requirement.
1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.

Nice to Have

Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
High School diploma or GED.
CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement.
Agriculture experience.
Forklift certification.

Work Mode

This is a fully onsite position based in Ulen, MN. The seasonal schedule runs from April to July, starting at 7am-7pm, Monday-Sunday, and switching to Monday-Friday in late June.
